Since the state limits my communication with you, I have no other way to contact you to warn you about problematic and pedophilic behavior of people in this community. Now that many of you are older, I know some of you frequent this blog so I am posting an open letter here to you. I do not write this post with joy. I write this post with concern of your loved ones! (especially the small one) Even though you are no longer my responsibility, please know I love you deeply. I miss you.

I have compiled a list of people that I want you to ponder over. Take this for what it is worth. it’s written by not only a concerned citizen but a substitute mother. Please know that even though our story has ended I will never ever stop loving you. I am thankful for the lessons you taught me and each day I got to spend with all 23 of you.

Russel D’aimbrosio (attempted sale of a child to me, previous Janitor at Woodbine Elementary School)

Tony Devico (attempted sale of a child to me, previous administrator of Woodbine Elementary School)

Terry Crawley (compliance of a allowing a trafficking ring in the School he monitored)

Celine Kaelble (Failure to report a violent threat made to the student body of Woodbine and Compliance of a child trafficking ring operating out of the school)

Chuck Leusner (Digitally trafficking children online and involved in disappearance of Mark Himebaugh)

Gary Barber (Involved in a case from 1991 that involved pictures of my in a digital tafficking situation, Grabbed my child in cvs and would not let go, I believe he is working with the proper authorities which may have lead to him getting a lighter sentence for his previous Megan’s law offense with an under age student. It is important to note that Barber is no longer a danger in the classroom)

Christopher Leusner (Failure to investigate a concerning a safety issue with an xcon Gary Barber and previous Megan’s law offender, misuse of power in an effort to protect his Father, falsifying numerous reports)

(At this point I would leave no children with any person with the last name of Leusner until the investigation closes)

Scott McDowell (I have no experience with this man but I have heard enough stories from victims to share concern, It seems the Cape May County Prosecutor’s office is protecting this man and is not doing their due diligence of protecting this community)

Gregory Hudgins (Compliance of allowing a child trafficking ring to operate out the public school where he was president of the Board of Education)

Donald Jenkins (while on the board he was paid to transport children. I see this as a major conflict of interest and this situation needs to be investigated)

Micheal P. Stanton, the woodbine BOE lawyer and partner of McCrosson & Stanton, P.C.
Attorneys at law (Failure to follow The Model Rules of Conduct set by the American Bar association, compliance in a violent altercation that involved one child cutting the hair in a Woodbine Elementary School classroom of another student. My advice is to avoid this man at ALL costs.)

Judith DeStefano Anon who is Interim Executive County Superintendent of Schools (compliance in a cover up in a major violent situation that took place at Woodbine Elementary School, not proactive in advocating for the students of Woodbine, I have never once saw her at a Woodbine Board of Education meeting and I believe her absence is in compliance of the child trafficking ring operating out of janitors office of the Woodbine Elementary School.

Mayor William Pikolycky (compliance with a trafficking ring and helping to keep it mobilized, Saw a structure without plumbing and electricity where children were being kept on his property. There was lead lines with collars that would fit the size of child(not halters) and I found no evidence of any animals had been there. There was a board splattered with blood that had shackles. I found this while getting lost looking for my friend’s boyfriend. Soon after, I saw children escaping that location, running out into the streets and being forced into a house near by. Within days this property was sold. This sale caused all of the neighbors to resurvey their own homes and many of them lost property in the process. The mayor oversaw the airport until recently.)

One further note, I have been shown evidence of pictures zoomed out and can identify the black mold pictures from the refrigerators and freezer are indeed from the Woodbine Elementary school kitchen. Because of the statement I heard from Adrienne Breitinger last night denying these truths, I do NOT feel she is for the betterment of Woodbine student body. I have an email from the Cape May County Health department saying the places that the pictures were taken were found and reported the mold was removed. Adrienne says they are not the Woodbine School Kitchen. They are. I was on the fence about which side of the current administrator would fall on at WES. Unfortunately, what I heard last night was concerning and disheartening. Adrienne is under the thumb of people who make money off of exploiting children and people needing that school to be open, no matter what that cost to the students of Woodbine. This is a sad situation especially if you have good intentions, however good intentioned people to do not lie. We need more administrators that will communicate with the community clearly and have safety, not denial and self protection.

As of 2021, there were at least 3 people being paid to hold a seat on the Woodbine Board of Education. this post is volunteer. No one should be receiving any kickbacks or cash for a motion or vote.

Fosters, #1-23, please know how much I love you and how much I care about you and the people I love. You have helped create the advocate that I am today and I am thankful.
